When Your Buttons Get Pushed

We all have buttons and certain people in our lives that can push them, don’t we? What is a button anyway? One thing I have discovered is that the buttons are there first and usually originate from something unrelated to the event that triggers them. When you learn what your buttons are and where they came from, then you can learn how to disconnect them. This empowers you to be the master of yourself and be in control of your emotions and thoughts. You feel like you are back in the driver’s seat of your life and it brings incredible peace.
