Lunch & Learns

In one hour, your employees will be introduced to the concept of energy leadership with an engaging and highly interactive presentation. They will leave with a better understanding of how to stop merely reacting to stressful situations and start consciously responding with calmness and self-control. They will learn a few very practical strategies they can implement immediately.

 

workshops

In these two-hour workshops, we will cover topics such as leadership strengths and gaps, creating high-energy relationships, developing dynamic communication, time management and much more. We can tailor the workshop to focus on specific target areas of need within your organization. These sessions provide a safe place to explore ideas and share openly so that real solutions can be found and honest discussion can take place. Participants will receive energy leadership workbooks for further reflection and personal growth beyond the workshop.

 

staff/team retreats

Half-day and full-day retreat formats are available and are designed to take your staff and/or leaders away from their busy, stressful, and action-packed work world and embed them in an environment and space where they can breathe, relax and tune in to their “higher leader” inside. Without the distractions of their daily routines, they will be able to tap into their creativity and discover stronger visions for their teams and for themselves. The Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI) and debrief process is included as part of the retreat and this alone can initiate powerful shifts in thinking, behaviors, attitudes and perspectives.

full structured Coaching program

Individual coaching packages are available for business owners, leaders, managers, and staff, ranging from 6 months to one year, based on the needs and goals of the company.

Group coaching programs for teams which include the ELI, are available. These group sessions include the Energy Leadership curriculum, accountability, and ongoing support. Group programs typically last 6-8 months.
