Motivation: How to Get It and Keep It

The reason you do anything is driven by what is motivating you to do it. You can be motivated by things internally or externally and sometimes what is motivating you is not all that positive or sustainable. If you want to stay the course with anything you are doing (whether it's getting on a healthy eating plan, exercising, finding a new job, starting a business, improving a relationship, working on a project) and then successfully achieve the desired results, then it is super important to understand what is driving you. You need to know, and understand, your “WHY.”
